Thao Nguyen is an illustrator based in Cleveland, OH. She earned her BFA in Illustration from the Cleveland Institute of Art.

She has a range of creative pursuits, such as illustrating and designing logos, magazine covers, greeting cards, and packaging. Additionally, she has explored industries within stationery, entertainment, and surface design.

She combines her passion for hand-drawn art with forward-thinking design through digital techniques. Her work consists of vibrant colors and incorporates wildlife, which is inspired by her love of the outdoors, and aims to evoke emotion through light, shadow, and color.

Thao has worked on a series of public art installations and murals throughout the city of Cleveland, Lakewood, and Larchmere.

Outside of illustration, she’s deeply passionate about health and wellness.
